One of the conditions for PTV certification is that the building occupants must be notified at the beginning and end of operations. The notify and evacuate protocols each require different PA announcements and warning signs. This section describes proposed changes to the Ocean Sciences Building (OSB) that are designed to satisfy this requirement.
