Provisions for Changing the PTV Manual.

The PTV shall be operated according to the most recent approved version of this Operations Manual. Changes to this manual are allowed subject to the approval and signature of the Oceanography Department's Technical Services Manager and the Department of Labor and Industries' Chief Boiler Inspector. The most recent approved version of the manual supercedes all previous versions.
